Introduction
This guide explains how to book an appraisal directly from the buyer file in Loop. This feature is particularly useful when a newly registered buyer has a property to sell or is seeking a second opinion on their current listing.
Steps to Book an Appraisal
Identify the Opportunity
- If a buyer indicates that they need to sell a property before purchasing or they are already on the market with another agent but looking for a second opinion, you can book an appraisal directly from their buyer file.
Click the 'Book Appraisal' Button
- Locate and click the ‘Book Appraisal’ button in the top right-hand corner of the buyer file.
Automatic Data Transfer
- Loop will automatically transition you from the buyer section to the appraisal module.
- The system will pre-fill the buyer's address, name, and contact details, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
Complete the Appraisal Registration
- Select the type of appraisal being conducted.
- Fill out any necessary details in the appraisal registration form.
Finalize the Appraisal
- Click ‘Proceed’ to confirm and book the appraisal within Loop.
