Sending property details to a buyer

Send a buyer the details of a property they're interested in, by email or text, straight from their buyer record.

Before you start

• To send by email, the buyer needs an email address on their record. To send by text, they need a mobile number.
• Sending by text uses the text messaging service. If your agency doesn't have it, contact the Support Team.

Steps

1. In the left-hand menu, click Buyers.
2. Open the buyer record.
3. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
4. Click Send Property Details.
5. Tick the box next to each property you want to send.
6. Click Next.
7. Select Email or Text.
8. Click Send.

The property details are sent to the buyer. This normally arrives within minutes.

Other ways to find the buyer

• Using IntelliSearch: type the buyer's name in the IntelliSearch bar at the top of the screen, then select them from the results. Carry on from step 3.

Example

Jamie Placeholder called about 1 Example Street and wants the details by email.

1. In the left-hand menu, click Buyers.
2. Open Jamie Placeholder's buyer record.
3. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
4. Click Send Property Details.
5. Tick the box next to 1 Example Street.
6. Click Next.
7. Select Email.
8. Click Send.
