Portal Configuration

Loop supports a real-time feed to the three major portals; Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market, and we'll work with you to get your portal feeds and enquiries set up and live.


Introduction


When moving to Loop as your CRM provider, it's necessary that you contact each portal that you wish to advertise on and confirm that Loop is your new software provider.


The portals will only take instruction from you as the client, and not Loop Software.

Once you have notified the portals, they will then contact our support team and provide us with a branch ID for your account. We will use this branch ID to configure your data feed to the portals.


Our support team will liaise with the portals and you as the client to ensure that your data feed goes live on an agreed date, and the listings publish to the portals correctly and without any errors on the feed.


Setting up your Rightmove feed


Email the Rightmove data feed team - adfsupport@Rightmove.co.uk - advising that Loop Software are your new software provider.


You could send something like this:


Please accept this as confirmation that we would like Loop Software (Branch ID 10916) to act as our network provider and hereby authorise you to provide Loop with the Branch details for our account. Loop Software can be contacted via email on support@loop.software


  • Rightmove will then contact us to supply the Branch ID for you account, and we'll configure the data feed so you're able to publish your listings to the portal.
  • We'll contact the Rightmove data feed team (copying you in) to confirm when the configuration to their platform is done, and in turn they'll reply to notify everyone that they are ready to accept the live feed from Loop.
  • This will act as the instruction to start publishing your properties live to the portal from within Loop.

Setting up your Zoopla feed


Email the Zoopla Members team - members@zoopla.co.uk - advising that Loop Software are your new software provider.


You could send something like this:


Please accept this as confirmation that we would like Loop Software (Branch ID 10916) to act as our network provider and hereby authorise you to provide Loop with the Branch details for our account. Loop Software can be contacted via email on support@loop.software


  • Zoopla will then contact us to supply the Branch ID for you account, and we'll configure the data feed so you're able to publish your listings to the portal.
  • We'll contact the Zoopla team (copying you in) to confirm when the configuration to their platform is done, and in turn they'll reply to notify everyone that they are ready to accept the live feed from Loop.
  • This will act as the instruction to start publishing your properties live to the portal from within Loop.


Setting up your On The Market feed


Email the On The Market Support team - support@onthemarket.com - advising that Loop Software are your new software provider.


You could send something like this:

  • On The Market will then contact us to supply the Branch ID for you account, and we'll configure the data feed so you're able to publish your listings to the portal.
  • We'll contact the On The Market team (copying you in) to confirm when the configuration to their platform is done, and in turn they'll reply to notify everyone that they are ready to accept the live feed from Loop.
  • This will act as the instruction to start publishing your properties live to the portal from within Loop.


Once you have pushed your properties from Loop to the On The Market portal, they will contact you to confirm that you are happy with a preview how the live listing looks. Only on this instruction will they then publish your listings live to the portal.
